Services

One service, done extremely well.

We don’t sell websites, branding, or “social media management.” We do one thing: put ready-to-buy homeowners in your pipeline, qualified by a real person before you ever pick up the phone. Here is exactly what that includes, what it costs you in effort, and when it isn’t the right fit.

Which trade are you in?

Pick your service to see trade-specific pricing and lead flow.

What’s included

Every trade, the same core system.

INCLUDED

Targeted homeowner outreach

We identify homeowners in your exact service area and reach out on your behalf. Every campaign is built around your territory, your trade, and the job size you actually want, not a generic blast to whoever is cheapest to reach. If you only want full replacements and not patch jobs, that is a targeting decision we make before the first message goes out.

INCLUDED

Human qualification

A real person from our team speaks with every interested homeowner before you ever see them. Not a chatbot, not a form submission with a checkbox. That conversation is where most of the value sits, and it is the reason our leads behave differently from a marketplace lead.

INCLUDED

Direct pipeline delivery

Qualified homeowners come to you with full details: name, contact, project type, and the notes from our conversation, so you already know what they want before you dial. No portal to learn, no software seat to buy, no extra login for your crew.

INCLUDED

Free replacement guarantee

If a homeowner we deliver doesn’t show up, or the number turns out to be unreachable, we replace them at no cost. You should only ever be paying for real opportunities, and we would rather absorb a bad one than argue about it.

The qualification call

What we check before a homeowner reaches you.

This is the step most lead providers skip, because it is the expensive one. A form fill costs nothing to generate. A conversation costs time, and it is the only thing that reliably separates a homeowner who is going to buy from one who was curious for thirty seconds.

01

Is the project real?

There is a difference between “my roof is leaking” and “I was wondering what a new roof costs.” We establish that something concrete is actually happening at the property, and what it is.

02

Are we talking to the decision maker?

If the person on the phone has to run it past a spouse, a landlord, or a property manager, that changes how you should approach the job. You find out from us, not three calls in.

03

What is the timeline?

Someone booking for next spring is a legitimate lead but a different conversation from someone with water coming through a ceiling today. We record which one you are getting.

04

Does the job match what you take?

Wrong side of the county, wrong job size, a trade you subcontract out rather than do. If it doesn’t fit the brief you gave us, it does not get sent to you and you are not charged for it.

05

Are they already committed?

Homeowners who have already signed with another contractor get filtered here. There is no point in you spending a drive and an estimate to discover it in the driveway.

06

Do they know you’re calling?

Every homeowner we pass on is expecting to hear from you. That single fact is why these calls get answered at a rate a cold list never will.

Client story

“90% of the work is coming from you guys.”

Ludvin Orozco runs Dover Tree Service in Delaware. He was getting five leads a day from Google. Some days now he gets twenty.

How we compare

Exclusive leads vs. shared lead platforms

The real difference isn’t the price per lead, it’s what you end up paying per booked job once you account for how many of those leads go nowhere.

Illustrative comparison based on typical home service close rates: shared leads close around 3–5% industry-wide; exclusive, qualified leads around 40–60%.

More on the maths behind this: why shared leads cost more than they look.

Your side of it

What we need from you.

We are honest about this on the strategy call, so it is worth being honest about it here too. The leads work when the contractor on the other end does three things.

01

Call back fast

This is the big one. Research by MIT and InsideSales.com found that contacting a lead within five minutes rather than thirty makes you 21 times more likely to qualify it. We hand the homeowner over warm; that advantage decays by the hour. If a lead sits until the end of the day, you are working a much colder conversation than the one we had.

02

Be straight about capacity

Tell us how many jobs a week your crew can genuinely absorb. We would rather send you eight leads you work properly than twenty that sit. Over-ordering is the most common way a contractor makes a working campaign look like a failing one.

03

Tell us what happened

A quick note on which leads turned into estimates and which went nowhere is what lets us tighten the targeting. Without it we are guessing, and the second month looks a lot like the first instead of better than it.

04

Have somewhere to put them

A phone you answer is enough. You do not need a CRM, a sales team, or software from us, but a lead that arrives while nobody is checking the phone for two days is a lead wasted on both sides.

Fit

When this isn’t the right fit.

We would rather tell you on the call than take a trial fee and waste three days of your time.

You need work this week to make payroll

Leads start landing quickly, but closing them, scheduling them, and getting paid takes longer than that. If the situation is urgent, lead generation is the wrong tool for the timeframe.

Nobody can answer the phone

If you are on a roof all day and calls go to voicemail until evening, the leads will underperform no matter how well we qualify them. Sort out who picks up first.

You want the cheapest possible lead

Qualified and exclusive costs more per lead than shared, by design. If the metric you are optimising is cost per lead rather than cost per booked job, a marketplace will beat us on that number every time.

Your territory is already taken

We cap how many contractors we work with in the same trade and area, because the exclusivity promise stops meaning anything otherwise. Sometimes the honest answer is a waiting list.

Pricing model

Start with a trial. Scale on your terms.

You start with a low-cost 3-day trial, so you can judge lead quality before committing to anything. From there, continue with a weekly or monthly package sized to your capacity. No open-ended retainers, no long lock-in contracts. For some trades and situations we can also structure delivery around booked appointments. We scope the right fit and give you clear numbers on your strategy call, before you have paid us anything.

What you pay for

Exclusive, qualified homeowner leads delivered to your pipeline, each one confirmed by a real conversation and never shared with a competitor.

What you never pay for

Open-ended retainers, setup fees, ad budgets, software seats, or long lock-in contracts. Bad leads are replaced free.

Getting started

What the first two weeks look like.

DAY 0

Strategy call

Fifteen minutes. We map your service area, the job types you want, the ones you don’t, and what your crew can handle. If it isn’t a fit, this is where we say so.

DAYS 1–2

Campaign build

We build the targeting for your territory and brief the team who will be speaking to your homeowners. Nothing is required from you during this part.

DAYS 2–5

Trial leads land

Your first qualified homeowners arrive, typically inside 48 hours of launch. You call them, you judge them. This is the part that decides whether we carry on.

WEEK 2

Review and set volume

We look at what closed, what didn’t, and why. Targeting gets tightened, weekly volume gets set to your real capacity, and you decide whether to continue.

FAQ

Common questions.

How fast will I see my first homeowner?

Most clients see their first qualified homeowner within the first few days of launch, typically inside 48 hours once your campaign is live.

Are the leads exclusive to me?

Yes. Every homeowner we deliver goes to your business only. We never sell the same lead to multiple companies, and we work with a limited number of clients per territory.

What if a lead is bad?

Leads with wrong numbers or no genuine interest are replaced free. You should only ever be paying for real conversations with real homeowners.

Do I need to sign a contract?

No long lock-in contracts and no open-ended retainers. You start with a low-cost 3-day trial, then continue week to week or month to month only if the lead quality earns it.

Which industries do you work with?

Roofing, HVAC, remodeling, tree service, landscaping, painting, junk removal, and security systems. If you’re in a home service trade that’s not listed, ask, the model often fits.

What do you need from me to start?

A short strategy call to understand your service area, ideal job types, and capacity. We handle everything else from there.

How is this different from Angi, Thumbtack, or HomeAdvisor?

Those platforms sell the same homeowner to several contractors at once, so you are competing on price from the first phone call. We hand each homeowner to one business. You are not in a race with three competitors who got the same notification.

Do I have to call the leads myself?

Yes, and quickly. We qualify the homeowner and hand them over warm, but the sales conversation is yours. Clients who call back within minutes rather than hours get noticeably better results from the same leads.

What happens if I get more leads than I can handle?

Tell us and we slow down. Volume is set to your crew capacity, not to a number that looks good on an invoice. Leads that sit uncalled help nobody, and they make the numbers on both sides look worse than they are.

Can I pause or stop?

Yes. There is no lock-in, so you can pause during a slow stretch or when your schedule is already full, and restart when you have capacity again.
